More Answerline

Working on Answerline this summer has given me a total case of deja-vu. This summer’s reworking won’t be quite as complex as last year, maybe only 50% changed code vs. last summer’s 80%+. My basic mental task list for what I need to get done and what I’ve already done looks something like this.

  1. Restructure database, get 1st and last comment info into actions table and out of ticket table. Done
  2. Clean up classes. Improve speed, security and functionality. Partially Done
  3. New ticket display. Done, needs minor tweaks
  4. Expanding tickets in search view. Done
  5. Renaming files to match naming conventions of other apps, removing redundant files. Partially Done
  6. Clean up existing files, acheive xhtml 1.0 strict compliance. Barely started
