Xbox Live Friends 1.3
In a fit of inspiration I’ve updated the xbox live friends gadget with offline friends and hopefully taken care of the phantom friend problem in a more thorough way. Also went ahead and added a refresh button because two minutes is apparently too much time for some people to wait.

Very nice gadget. There is one other gadget I’m aware of for xbl presence but that one only allows for 5 friends. Can’t wait for v2.0

Does not display the correct number of friends online. (6 on xbox.com and my 360, 17 on gadget)
Is not as up to date as xbox.com friends list. (Most are in game, gadget shows on dashboard etc)
Shows people that are actually offline as online and some that are online as offline.
Has potential when all of these bugs are fixed.

Those are issues with the API, not things that I can control. It also only updates every two minutes, so the data can be a bit stale.
